This can prove to be quite a challenge because the Revenants have a wide range of skills to protect them from harm and attack them from a safe distance. Once you have unlocked these characters, you will have to go through the battlefield as you fight to kill each of the enemies and collect all the souls you can. They include the Bulldozer, who is sort of like a tank the Plague Doctor, who deal a lot of damage with his medical skills the Crusher, who use a stasis field that slows enemies and damages them from a safe distance and the Revenants, who can place a soulstone barrier that keeps you from being attacked by enemies. There are four distinct characters to choose from. Now that you have some idea of how the loop heroes work, you might be wondering how they get their weapons. With enough of these cards and enough of the right strategies, you should be able to make the most of your hero and level up faster than you would if you played usually. If you want to add a bit of strategy into the mix, you can unlock cards that will give you additional abilities as well as bonus points when you defeat an enemy. You’ll see a score meter that increases as you take down more enemies and a health meter that depletes as well. The way to play a Loop Hero involves using an action button (the left or right arrows will change what you are doing) as you fight through the battlefield. When the loop hero finally makes it to the center of the battlefield, there’s a chance that a large number of enemy reinforcements will surround him, making it very difficult for him to win. This is why it’s best to use ranged weapons on ground targets and stay away from ranged attacks on air enemies, like dragons. As they’re forced to circle, you can work your way through them and attack the closest enemies-preferably the ones on the ground.

You’ll notice that your entire field is now filled with loops, and it’s because the enemies are being pulled into the center. That means you can quickly move past them and continue to deal with the damage. Since the coil is stationary, monsters won’t have a clear shot on you, and if they do get a hit on you, they might end up moving a bit to get a better angle on you. An excellent example of this in action is when you’re taking down a giant monster that you know will stay in one place, you can create a loop and move back and forth along the middle of the field. This makes a loop of sorts out of the combat environment, and it’s a great way to create some confusion and allow you to get some much-needed XP. In addition to using the room in and of itself to deal damage and take the loot, you can also make loops and Branch out along unique paths in the middle of the battlefield. It’s a neat little twist on the typical “kill everything” approach that you’ll find in many hack their ups, and it turns out that approach doesn’t just work very well with the different monsters in the game it works equally well with the variety of cards you can draw from as well. You can’t deal with weak or fast monsters, so the only real option is to take their health down quickly.

Space will have an endless number of bullets, and you’ll want to fill them as often as possible. One of the simplest things in Loop Hero is using the room in and of itself to deal out damage and take the loot.

When you’re making decisions about your strategy, however, things can get a little bit trickier. The concept behind the Doors and how everything works is relatively simple, and that’s the whole point of Loop Hero: to simplify things and force you to think fast. Inside those doors are pockets of magic energy, which you can spend to do things like summoning more enemies or cast spells.

Everything else in the world is a series of small rooms, each room containing a single door. You start the game with a simple little board called the Doors, and everything in it is shaped like a circle. As you go through the game, though, you’re also unlocking more abilities for yourself as well, so that your abilities are really what defines you as a fighter. As you level up, you gain access to new weapons and magical powers, which you can use to take on waves of monsters. Loop Hero is a dungeon-crawler that’s a little bit more action-packed than your average hack ’em-up.
